I followed the directions except only using two chicken breasts. It is spicy! The potatoes were so good!

Day 20, January 20th, 2012 Spiced Chipotle Honey Chicken
This meal was a huge success. I can't wait to make this again. It was a little spicy with the chipotle peppers but it was delicious.
